In 2021 our average response time (arrival of the first unit from the time of dispatch) was 6 minutes 15 seconds and we responded to 553 calls for service. Including 6 Building Fires, 4 Motor Vehicle Accidents with Entrapments and 11 Motor Vehicle Accidents with Injuries. Once again, we responded to 100% of our calls.
In 2020 our average response time (arrival of the first unit from the time of dispatch) was 7 minutes 4 seconds, for 100% of the calls.
